  1. Education and research, not advice

Everything on AnkBodh, including readings, scores, charts, lessons, paper trades, emails and any AI answers, is for education and research. None of it is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative.

AnkBodh and its founder are not currently registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Before making investment decisions, consider speaking to a SEBI-registered adviser.

  2. Paper trades are simulations

Paper trades are simulated. No real money is placed, and they are recorded to show how a reading played out, not as calls to follow. Simulated results have real limits:

    • They may not reflect brokerage, taxes, slippage, or whether an order would actually have been filled at that price.
    • They are calculated after the fact from recorded data, under fixed rules.
    • Win rates and point totals describe the past. Past results do not predict future results.
  3. Trading carries real risk

Trading, especially in futures and options, can lose money quickly, sometimes more than you put in. SEBI's own studies found that 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity futures and options made net losses.

Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and only after understanding the risks yourself.

  4. Market data may be delayed or wrong

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally incorrect. Readings built on it can be affected. Do not rely on AnkBodh as your only source when making decisions.

  5. The founder trades too

AnkBodh's founder trades and invests with his own money, and may hold or trade the indices and instruments AnkBodh covers, including at times when they appear in readings or paper trades. Views shared on AnkBodh are personal and educational.

  6. What members say

Comments from members describe their own experience in their own words. They are not typical results, not endorsements of any trade, and not a promise of what you will achieve.

  7. AI answers

Any AI-generated answers describe the market from AnkBodh's data. They can be incomplete or wrong, and are never advice.

  8. Your decisions are your own

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make. As set out in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of AnkBodh. Questions: hello@ankbodh.com.
