Terms of Service

  1. These terms

    These terms are an agreement between you and Yogesh Tiwari, an individual operating as AnkBodh (“we”, “us”). They cover the website at ankbodh.com, the Market Sentiment & Structure Lab, and any AnkBodh apps for Android or iPhone. By creating an account or using AnkBodh, you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

  2. Who can use AnkBodh

    You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. AnkBodh is built around Indian markets, and you are responsible for following the laws of the place you use it from.

  3. What AnkBodh is, and is not

    AnkBodh is an education and research tool. It shows market breadth, readings built from market data, lessons, and paper trades: simulated trades with no real money, recorded so you can study how a reading played out.

    • It is not investment advice and does not tell you what to buy or sell.
    • It is not a broker. It never connects to your trading account or places trades.
    • We are not currently registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. If that changes, we will update these terms.

  4. Your account

    • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
    • During the private beta, we decide whether to approve each account.
    • Keep your password private. Each account is for one person; do not share it.
    • Tell us straight away at hello@ankbodh.com if you think someone else has used your account.

  5. Fair use

    You agree not to:

    • Copy, scrape, resell or republish AnkBodh's data, readings, charts or lessons, or use them to build a competing service.
    • Present AnkBodh's content to others as trading tips, calls or advice, paid or free.
    • Use bots or automated tools to access AnkBodh, overload it, or get around its limits or security.
    • Copy or reverse-engineer the software.
    • Break the law, or harm other users, while using AnkBodh.

  6. Market data and content

    Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. Readings, scores and paper trades are calculated from that data. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee it. Everything on AnkBodh is for your personal, non-commercial use.

  7. Ownership

    AnkBodh's software, design, name, logo, lessons and written content belong to us. Using AnkBodh does not give you any ownership of them. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely to improve AnkBodh.

  8. AI features

    If we add AI features, their answers are generated automatically from AnkBodh's data and may be incomplete or wrong. They describe the market; they are never advice or a recommendation to trade. Check anything important for yourself.

  9. Suspending or closing accounts

    You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@ankbodh.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts AnkBodh or other users at risk, or when the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

  10. No guarantees

    AnkBodh is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that following its readings will lead to profits.

  11. Limits of our liability

    As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of AnkBodh or reliance on its content.

    Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid us nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  12. Your responsibility

    If you break these terms or the law while using AnkBodh, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur because of it.

  13. Law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems can be settled quickly. If a dispute cannot be settled, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

  14. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use AnkBodh after that means you accept them.
